Practice & Self Reflection

Enjoy 12 yin yoga practices that incorporate the information learned in each module. Practices are 20 min- 50 min in length. Modules also include journal prompts that challenge you to reflect on the teaching and incorporate them into your life off the mat.

Bonus Content
